Hi everyone! It’s about time I get this blog started yeah?
A little about me. I am 27, a professional photographer and a health and fitness coach. I am a stay at home mommy and a military spouse. My husband is in the airforce and we are stationed in arkansas currently.
I come from a big family and so does my husband.
My baby girl is 1 and learning and growing so fast as any little one does I’m sure!
I’m about to officially be an auntie to two little ones and I’m so excited! I love being an auntie
I got into this coaching thing after I had my little girl. She was a csection baby and I was so worried about losing my extra baby weight. My husband got me t25. Great program! In 90 days I lost just about all my EXTRA baby weight and then some! Then I heard that I could share my story, help motivate others and get paid to do these workouts. I was so in! I got 21 day fix and became a coach. It has been great! I lost extra weight that I thought I could never do and I have never been so toned and confident in my life!
This blog is just to share with you my every day journey in this health and fitness life with my family. It’ll never be perfect and that’s ok! what matters is that I keep moving forward and get over those hurdles that come my way.
